SDA Tenancy Matching Service

NDISDA members boast dedicated teams of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) experts who can match the needs of participants with brand new beautifully designed SDA homes across Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Members work directly with SIL providers to find tenants and promote the vacancies on behalf of owners to ensure participants are aware of available opportunities they can apply for.

The services can include ongoing interagency meetings, transition management, assistive technology assessments, customization assessments, and comprehensive support throughout the pre, during, and post-move phases.

NDIS funded line item Assistance With Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations builds capacity of the participant to obtain OR retain appropriate accommodation. It may include:

Assessment
Assistance with Undertaking Tenancy Obligations
Individual Case Planning
Liaison with Service Providers
1 : 1 Capacity Building to Meet Housing Goals
Assistance to Apply for a Rental Property
