1. NDIS Access & Eligibility Support
Supporting providers, participants, and families through the NDIS access process.
Services include:
• Guidance on NDIS access requirements and eligibility pathways
• Reviewing NDIS Access Request Forms (ARF)
• Supporting completion of supporting evidence documentation
• Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, and specialists to obtain appropriate evidence
• Preparing functional impact summaries that align with NDIA criteria
• Advising on disability definitions and eligibility thresholds
• Support for reapplications where access has previously been declined

2. Evidence Review & Clinical Documentation Analysis
A specialised service focused on reviewing and strengthening clinical evidence submitted to the NDIA.
Services include:
• Review of Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
• Analysis of clinical reports, assessments, and specialist letters
• Identifying gaps or inconsistencies in evidence
• Ensuring evidence aligns with NDIA funding decision criteria
• Developing clear functional impact summaries
• Supporting clinicians to strengthen report language to reflect functional impairment
• Aligning documentation with reasonable and necessary support criteria

3. NDIS Plan Optimisation & Funding Advocacy
Helping ensure participants receive appropriate levels of funding and supports.
Services include:
• Review of existing NDIS plans
• Identifying underfunded supports or missing service categories
• Preparing documentation to support plan reassessments
• Assisting with change of circumstances submissions
• Supporting requests for increased core, capacity building or capital funding
• Preparing support justification summaries
• Advising providers on funding utilisation strategies

4. Complex Case Review & Advisory
Providing guidance for participants with complex health, psychosocial or behavioural needs.
Services include:
• Multidisciplinary case review support
• Clinical and functional needs analysis
• Advising on appropriate support models
• Identifying risk factors and safeguarding needs
• Support planning for high intensity supports
• Guidance on hospital discharge and transition to NDIS supports

5. Specialist Disability Accommodation Support
Supporting providers and participants to navigate SDA eligibility and development pathways.
Services include:
• Review of SDA eligibility evidence
• Assistance preparing SDA supporting documentation
• Identifying participants who may qualify for SDA
• Guidance on SDA design categories and participant needs
• Support for SDA funding submissions
• Advisory services for SDA providers and developers

6. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) & Complex Behaviour needs
Ensuring participants with behavioural needs receive appropriate behaviour supports.
Services include:
• Reviewing behaviour support documentation
• Identifying when PBS should be included in NDIS plans
• Supporting providers to request behaviour support funding
• Guidance on restrictive practice requirements
• Assistance with evidence to support behavioural complexity

7. Change of Circumstances & Review Applications
Supporting participants and providers when participant needs change.
Services include:
• Preparing Change of Situation submissions
• Documenting increased functional decline or complexity
• Preparing evidence for unscheduled plan reviews
• Coordinating clinical evidence updates
• Drafting support impact summaries

8. Provider & Clinician Advisory Support
Helping providers better understand how to present evidence to the NDIA.
Services include:
• Training on NDIS evidence requirements
• Guidance on writing effective clinical reports
• Education on functional impact documentation
• Support for allied health professionals completing assessments
• Advisory support for support coordinators and case managers

9. Hospital-to-NDIS Transition Support
Services include:
• Support for participants transitioning from hospital to NDIS
• Coordinating clinical evidence required for discharge
• Ensuring appropriate supports are funded prior to discharge
• Advising hospitals and providers on NDIS eligibility and pathways
• Supporting complex discharge planning

10. Case Consultation Service (for Providers)
A rapid advisory service for providers needing guidance.
Services include:
• Case consultation sessions
• Evidence reviews prior to submission
• Funding strategy advice
• Escalation pathway guidance
• NDIA engagement strategy support
